Know with Dr. Laurie offers experiential, transformational educational experiences, including The RETURN Experience, RETURN Coach Training, and related workshops and programs.

These experiences involve emotional, mental, and physical participation and may evoke strong feelings or personal insights. Participants must read and sign all required agreements before attending, including:

• Hold Harmless, Disclaimer, Release & Arbitration Agreement
• Important Information & Ground Rules for the specific experience

These documents remain legally binding for all workshops and experiences.

Our experiences are not:

• Psychotherapy
• Counseling
• Medical treatment
• Substance-use treatment
• Emergency mental health services

Our facilitators and staff are not acting as your licensed mental health professionals. If you need therapeutic or clinical support, you should consult a qualified professional before enrolling.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are participating voluntarily.
• You are mentally and physically able to participate safely.
• You understand the experiences may evoke discomfort, deep emotions, and physical or emotional stress.
• You will abstain from alcohol and non-prescription drugs during the experience, as required in your signed agreements.
• You are not currently experiencing acute psychological instability or in need of immediate therapeutic care.

Know with Dr. Laurie LLC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant at any time for any reason, as outlined in your agreements.

To attend, you must sign all required documents, including:

• Hold Harmless, Disclaimer, Release & Arbitration Agreement
• Important Information & Ground Rules
• Any experience-specific agreements

These documents include requirements such as:

• Confidentiality, noting that we cannot guarantee confidentiality
• No alcohol or non-prescription drugs during the experience
• Full participation and attendance requirements
• Adhering to ground rules, including timeliness, no disruptive behavior, and no side-talk
• Not recording or taking notes in the training room
• Taking full responsibility for your own well-being
• Understanding the experiential nature of the program

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
• Attempt to access secured portions of the site without authorization
• Copy, scrape, or misuse intellectual property
• Use our website for fraudulent registrations or payments

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6.1 Tuition & Payments

• Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
• Payment processing is managed through Stripe.

6.2 Refund Policy

Tuition is non-refundable. Transfers to another eligible participant or to another date may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted in writing before the start date of the experience. See your signed agreements for full details.

By registering, opting in, or submitting a form, you consent to receive:

• Emails about your registration and our programs
• SMS or text messages where you have provided a mobile number
• Phone calls from our team

You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for any emotional or physical risks.
• You release Know with Dr. Laurie LLC and its facilitators and staff from liability for injury, distress, or damages arising from participation.
• You indemnify Know with Dr. Laurie LLC from claims related to your participation.
• You understand that Know with Dr. Laurie LLC does not provide medical or liability insurance.

All content on our websites and within our experiences, including exercises, materials, processes, audio, visual content, and written content, is the property of Know with Dr. Laurie LLC.

You may not record, copy, distribute, reproduce, teach, share, or publish any materials or processes without written consent from Know with Dr. Laurie LLC.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Other participants' stories and sharing
• The structure and processes of the experience

However, Know with Dr. Laurie LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality, as noted in your signed agreements.

As outlined in the Hold Harmless Agreement, all disputes must first go to mediation, and then to arbitration in Boca Raton, Florida. Jury trials are waived. These provisions are legally binding.

Know with Dr. Laurie LLC may:

• Update or change dates, locations, or curriculum
• Modify website features or access
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of the website or participation in our services means you accept the updated Terms.
