This Privacy Policy explains what information Know with Dr. Laurie LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects when you visit knowwithdrlaurie.com or return.knowwithdrlaurie.com, register for an experience, or join our referral partner program, and how we use and share it.
It works alongside our Terms & Conditions. Our cookie practices are described in section 4 below.
1.Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Name, email address, and phone number when you register or fill out a form
- Your partner's name, email, and phone when you register as a couple
- Referral partner details, including name, email, phone, and payout notes
- Anything you write to us directly
Information collected automatically:
- The page you visited, the date and time, and the referring website
- A randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, used only to tell repeat visits apart. It contains no personal information.
- The referral code from any partner link you arrived with
Automatic visit counting only runs if you accept analytics in our cookie banner. If you decline, we record an anonymous tally of the page visited, with no visitor identifier and nothing stored in your browser for that purpose.
Payment details, including card numbers, are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store your full card information.
2.How We Use Your Information

- To credit the correct referral partner and calculate their commission
- To understand which pages bring people to our experiences

3.Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- MailerLite, for email lists and campaigns
- Resend, for transactional and notification emails
- Our hosting and database provider, for site data and account sign-in
- Our website hosting provider
Referral partners see the first name and last initial of people who registered through their link, along with the amount of the sale, so they can verify their commission.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of participants.
4.Cookies and Browser Storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use local storage, which works the same way for our purposes. We use three categories:
- Necessary: required for the site to work, including sign-in, security, your cookie choice, and the referral link you arrived with. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics: counts visits and unique visitors so we can see which pages work. Optional.
- Marketing: advertising and retargeting pixels. None are installed today, and this stays off unless you turn it on.
Referral attribution sits in the Necessary category because it is how we deliver what you were promised: the correct partner discount at checkout and credit to the person who referred you. It works whether or not you accept analytics.

If you decline analytics, we record a single anonymous tally of the page you viewed: the page address, the referral code if you used a partner link, and the time. No identifier is created, no referring website is stored, and nothing is written to your browser for analytics.
You can also manage cookies in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies / Site data.
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking all cookies may prevent registration, sign-in, and referral discounts from working.
5.Email and SMS Consent
By registering or submitting a form, you consent to receive emails, and text messages or calls if you provided a mobile number, about your registration and our programs. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to text messages. Transactional messages about a registration you completed may still be sent.
6.Data Retention
We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to run the event and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Marketing contacts stay on our list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Anonymous visit records are kept in aggregate.
7.Your Rights and Choices
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing emails or text messages
- Change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer

8.Children
Our site and experiences are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
9.Security
We use reputable service providers and limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date above shows the most recent version, and continued use of our site means you accept it.
